Our mission
Women Leaders Association of Montenegro brings together women leaders to promote women’s leadership, advance gender equality, strengthen women’s economic, political, and social influence, and encourage their active participation in decision-making at all levels. The mission is to create a supportive environment that empowers women, eliminates gender barriers, and contributes to the democratic, economic, and overall development of Montenegro.
