Women Leaders Association of Montenegro (ALCG) brings together women leaders from various sectors to jointly promote women’s leadership, fight gender discrimination, and strengthen the role of women in society. Our vision is a vision of Montenegrin society with equal opportunities, where women and men participate equally in economic, political, and social life.
Through education, mentoring, networking, and advocacy of policies that support women’s leadership, ALCG contributes to building a stronger, more democratic, and prosperous society.
Our mission is to enable every woman to develop her leadership potential and actively participate in shaping the future of Montenegro.
Mission
Women Leaders Association of Montenegro brings together women leaders to promote women’s leadership, advance gender equality, strengthen women’s economic, political, and social influence, and encourage their active participation in decision-making at all levels. The mission is to create a supportive environment that empowers women, eliminates gender barriers, and contributes to the democratic, economic, and overall development of Montenegro.
