Women Leaders Association of Montenegro (ALCG) organized an educational workshop titled “Style Makes an Impression” that was held today at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, focusing on business protocol and style as key elements of modern leadership. The lecture was led by Nina Redžepagić, a prominent strategic communications consultant, producer, and lecturer specializing in public speaking, protocol, and event management.

The workshop brought together numerous members of the Association and guests from various sectors – business, media, finance, entrepreneurship, and public administration. All attendees had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of business etiquette, nonverbal communication, and behavioral norms in the modern professional environment.

The event was opened by ALCG President Marijana Kadić-Bojanić, who emphasized the importance of such workshops for the professional and personal development of businesswomen in Montenegro:

“We believe that true leadership does not rest solely on position but on the willingness to learn, improve, and help others do the same. That is exactly why we organize such events – because knowledge, integrity, and professional growth are not privileges but responsibilities. The mission of Women Leaders Association is to inspire, support, and encourage everyone who strives for personal and professional growth,” said Kadić-Bojanić.

In an atmosphere of mutual support, knowledge exchange, and authentic expression, members of the Association explored how strong business etiquette and protocol can become powerful tools of leadership. Through practical advice, interactive exercises, and personal insights, Nina Redžepagić encouraged participants to view business etiquette not as a superficial display but as an extension of their professional authenticity and the values they represent.

“Reputation is not built only by what we do but also by how we do it – and protocol is that silent ally that gives our strength shape, balance, and the respect we deserve,” said Redžepagić.

The workshop is part of an educational series organized by Women Leaders Association of Montenegro in order to empower women and all individuals who strive for personal and professional growth. Through thematic workshops, mentoring programs, and networking, ALCG actively contributes to building inclusive, professional, and responsible leadership in Montenegro.

The workshop was supported by the Association of Managers of Montenegro, Yes Event Agency, Reinvent Communications, the International Women’s Club of Montenegro, and the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro.
