Jelena Marojević Galić is an environmental and sustainable development expert with nearly twenty years of experience in the civil sector. She works with Parks Dinarides – Network of Protected Areas of the Dinarides, where she leads programs and projects focused on nature conservation and strengthening the management of protected areas.
She is a member of several national and regional councils and working groups in the fields of nature protection, climate change, and EU integration, including the Working Group for Chapter 27, the Council for Sustainable Development and Climate Change, and the Scientific Advisory Board of the Dinaric-Balkan-Pindos Large Carnivore Platform.
Jelena is an alumna of the University of Montana (International Seminar on Protected Areas Management) and the author or co-author of several publications and analyses on sustainable development, energy, and nature conservation.
