Jelena Radonjić-Đurković is a communications professional and entrepreneur with almost two decades of experience in public relations, strategic communications, and marketing. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro and earned a master’s degree from the Faculty of International Economics, Finance, and Business at the University of Donja Gorica.
She began her professional career in 2005 at Crnogorski Telekom, a member of the Deutsche Telekom Group, where she spent more than fourteen years holding expert and managerial positions in corporate communications and corporate social responsibility. As a member of the International Communications Team of Deutsche Telekom Group, she was engaged in developing and coordinating internal and external communication strategies, crisis PR, digital marketing, and CSR projects, many of which received national and regional awards.
As the founder and executive director of Reinvent Communications, she now helps companies, institutions, and organizations build a distinctive identity through communication and marketing strategies, CSR development, and integrated campaigns. Jelena has also contributed to developing new generations of leaders as a lecturer at the CEPI School of Public Relations.
She is a recipient of the international PRO PR Award for her contribution to the advancement of the public relations profession and a participant in the international certified Women on Boards program, implemented by the Central Bank of Montenegro and the EBRD, which promotes greater representation of women in leadership positions.
Jelena is a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro and of the international PRCA (Public Relations and Communications Association) network. Through her work, she contributes to improving professional standards in communications and to developing sustainable business practices in Montenegro and the region.
