Slađana Raičković is an entrepreneur, consultant, and educator with more than thirty years of experience in finance, auditing, and tax advisory. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica and has enhanced her expertise through numerous international programs in auditing, accounting, business communication, and business coaching.
As the founder of Finance Plus, Slađana established one of Montenegro’s most respected accounting and consulting firms. Her family is now part of the company’s ownership structure, continuing the family tradition of professional development and ethical business practices. Slađana remains actively involved in the firm as a consultant and mentor, supporting new generations of professionals.
Throughout her career, she has worked at the State Audit Institution, Deloitte, and as a World Bank consultant, and served as the President of the Advisory Board for Large Taxpayers. She has participated in numerous major projects in Montenegro and the region, contributing to the advancement of financial reporting systems, tax policy, and professional ethics standards.
Today, she is an Associate Professor at the University of Donja Gorica (UDG), where she combines theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and an entrepreneurial vision in her teaching. She is an active member of professional and business networks, dedicated to business development and the promotion of responsible leadership in the region.
