Zorica Mišković Pavićević

Zorica Mišković Pavićević is the director of the BIG Fashion Podgorica shopping center, one of the largest and most visited retail stores in Montenegro. She is the vice-president of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro (ALCG) and the founder and vice-president of the International Women’s Club, an organization known for organizing the International Humanitarian Bazaar and donations for numerous educational and social projects in the country.

For more than two decades, she has been professionally dedicated to the development of the retail sector, management and marketing. As a manager in companies in the field of trade, logistics and commercial development, she has built up a wealth of experience in leading teams, business organization and strategic planning. It is particularly recognized for its ability to connect local and international partners and create sustainable business models that contribute to the economic and social development of the community.

She is the winner of the “Best Manager” award in the Economy category for 2018, from the Association of Managers of Montenegro for the best manager in the field of corporate management (2022) as one of the three candidates who won the Business Women Award Montenegro in 2016. Through her work, she promotes professionalism, ethical business and gender equality, with a special focus on the affirmation of women in business and economic decision-making. Actively supports humanitarian and socially responsible projects in Montenegro.
