Podgorica, October 2025 – Women Leaders Association of Montenegro proudly announces the First Women Leaders Conference in Montenegro, which will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica, starting at 12:00 PM.

The conference will bring together successful women from various fields of Montenegrin social and economic life, with the aim of promoting women’s leadership and the contribution of women to the development of a modern and equal society through dialogue, exchange of experiences, and examples of good practice.

The opening of the conference will feature remarks by Marijana Kadić Bojanić, President of Women Leaders Association of Montenegro (ALCG), and Budimir Raičković, President of the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM).

The first panel, titled “Breaking Barriers to Women’s Leadership on the European Path,” will feature:
– Dr. Jelena Borovinić Bojović, President of the Capital City Assembly
– Majda Adžović, Minister of Public Works
– Lesia Vykhodtseva, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Zapad Banka
– Dr. Ana Lalević Filipović, Full Professor, Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro
The panel will be moderated by journalist Petar Komnenić.

Following the panel, Women Leaders Association of Montenegro will present its new digital platform – the website www.alcg.me, a donation from the company Logate. The website will be presented by Sunčica Bakić, Director of the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services (AMU), and Dr. Ecc. Anđela Raičković, Executive Director of the Audit Company Finexcellence.

The second panel, titled “Young Women Leaders in Challenging Times,” will gather women shaping a new generation of leadership in Montenegro:
– Kristina Bokan, Voli Company
– Katarina Milačić, Founder and Executive Director of the Strategist Agency
– Sanja Gardašević Janion, Executive Director of the Digital Agency Alicorn and Co-founder of the Startup ZUNO Games
– Ozana Popović, Head of Communications and Development at Universal Capital Bank
The panel will be moderated by Nina Redžepagić, PR Consultant and Executive Director of OR d.o.o.

The conference will conclude with a cocktail and networking session for participants and guests, celebrating the first anniversary of Women Leaders Association of Montenegro. The conference is organized in partnership with the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) and supported by the International Women’s Club (IWC), who from the very beginning recognized the importance of the initiative to empower women’s leadership and build a society of equal opportunities.
